Jorge Perez-Companc and Jose Volta had unfinished business in COT2018, after a DNF in the 2016 event. They went on to finish the 2018 event in third outright.
Based in Alice Springs, the 2018 Classic Outback Trial attracted 61 entries, comprising 36 Classic, 4 Modern and 22 Regularity entries.
The course headed as far south as the Rainbow Valley, north again to Bushy Park property and Gemtree and the south east run included Orange Creek, whilst the eastern loop took in Ambalindum again.
